Mr. Hennings is the co-founder of H&M Mechanical Group and the Principal in charge of the Company's Engineering, Construction Administration, Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning Departments, and main contact regarding all projects. Mr. Hennings' expertise spans over 25 years in the construction and engineering field. His knowledge includes the design of HVAC systems for retail buildings, hospitals, clean rooms, new and renovated fire stations, airports, libraries, office and recreation buildings, schools, and many other commercial and private projects. The combination of his skill and knowledge allows Mr. Hennings to be involved in all aspects of our projects from inception, (planning and design) through construction administration completion. | |

Mr. Miyakado is the co-founder of H&M Mechanical Group and the Principal-in-Charge of the daily operations, which includes the management of the Plumbing and Fire Protection Departments, New Business Development, Accounting, and Administration. His career in Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler design began in 1965 as an apprentice in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Miyakado’ profession also took him to Morris, IL working with the first nuclear power plant in the United States, onto the Alaska Pipeline providing design work at the Port of Valdez Sewage Treatment plant, and then to Riyadh International Airport in Saudi Arabia designing a Fire Protection System for their hangers. Upon his return to the United States, he began working with several consultant firms on various types of projects in the medical, education, and housing fields, and numerous others. Mr. Miyakado has translated his wealth of knowledge and experience to what we now know as H&M Mechanical Group.. |

At H & M Mechanical Group, Mr. Chou’s role as a major engineer is in the design of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning systems. His previous experience of building surveys for energy conservation is a great contribution to the team as the goal is for energy conservation. Mr. Chou’s experience focuses on projects in educational and medical facilities, shopping centers, commercial buildings, computer facilities, and residential. He endeavors to keep abreast of new technologies and codes for optimization of energy performance for LEED credit. In addition, Mr. Chou is instrumental in the development and implementation of AutoCAD and Revit standards and details. | |

Ms.Toland has been with H&M Mechanical Group since 1995. Having contributed over 15 years with the company, she has worked from being a drafter to becoming our lead Plumbing Design Engineer. She holds a Certificate in Engineered Plumbing Design and also completed her Master of Art in Mathematics.
Her experience includes medical and educational facilities, shopping centers, as well as multi-story commercial and residential buildings. |
